The quality of the units is just ok. Nothing great. The worst part is that the seller didn’t pack my complete order, so now I have two shelf layers that are not functional, as you can see in the photo. The seller has yet to make this right, and has had plenty of time to send me the missing parts. The seller keeps delaying and claims they are “researching what happened”. Their worker simply miscounted or forgot to pack 4 of the shelf platforms. What research is to be done? Do you really think your worker is going to remember that they forgot to pack 4 shelves?! That makes no sense at all, because obviously they wouldn’t even realize they made the mistake… They also claimed that the shipping company may have lost them, but as you can see from the second photo, the pallet arrived at my house intact, so there is no way that a large box would have fallen off. They need to do the RIGHT thing and ship my parts to me. Avoid buying these shelves, or anything else from this seller. 👎👎👎
